Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various cosmetology services, including hair styling, makeup application.
Duties
Provide a range of cosmetology services including haircuts, coloring, and styling.
Conduct retail sales of beauty products and provide product demos to enhance customer experience.
Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients online.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision haircuts when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, including tattooing techniques if applicable.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in cosmetology with a portfolio showcasing skills in makeup application and hair services.
Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
Strong retail sales experience with the ability to promote products effectively.
Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients efficiently.
