We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Duties
Perform a variety of specialized hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
Consulting clients on their hair needs.
Managing a team of stylists, ensuring high quality service standards are met.
Often handling client relations and booking management within the salon
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Utilize WIX Bookings software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Experience
Proven 2-3 years as an experienced Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling.
Familiarity with retail math and sales techniques to effectively promote products and services.
Experience in nail care is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
