We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide a variety of beauty services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while utilizing your expertise in various cosmetology techniques. Duties
Perform hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Execute hair threading techniques with precision and care.
Apply eyelash extensions using safe and effective methods.
Utilize straight razor techniques for haircuts as needed.
Sanitate all tools and workspaces in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Demonstrate product knowledge through retail sales and product demos to enhance client experience.
Maintain accurate records using salon software for appointments, services rendered, and client preferences.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for all clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, including med spa treatments such as botulinum toxin applications.
Experience
Proven experience as a Cosmetologist or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices is beneficial.
Experience with med spa treatments is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
