Responsibilities:
– Provide hair color and cutting services to clients
– Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
– Utilize retail sales skills to promote and sell hair products to clients
– Upsell additional services and treatments to enhance the client experience
– Mentor and train junior stylists in various techniques and skills
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
– Valid cosmetology license or school ID if still in hair school
– Proven experience in hair styling
– Knowledge of retail math for effective sales and inventory management
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
