Upscale salon Mancini’s nails and spa: Looking for hairstylist and/or nail tech and/or esthetician and /or message therapist
Responsibilities:
Hairstylist- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
Nail Tech- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments
– Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
– Recommend appropriate hair and beauty products to clients
– Keep workstations clean and sanitized
– Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
Experience:
– Minimum of [X] years of experience as a cosmetologist
– Proficient in product demos and recommending products to clients
– Knowledge of salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for scheduling appointments and managing client information
– Strong retail sales skills to promote and sell hair and beauty products to clients
– Experience in tattooing is a plus
– Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
– Familiarity with upselling techniques to increase sales
– Proficient in using straight razors for shaving and grooming
