Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and experienced hairstylist to provide weekly hair services to residents at our assisted living facility, The Retreat at Church Ranch. This is a contract opportunity, meaning you’ll operate as an independent stylist, providing your own pricing, booking appointments directly with residents or their families, and earning income based on the services you perform.
There is no rental fee for use of our on-site salon, and you’ll have a dedicated space each week to work comfortably.
Schedule:
One day per week (flexible – mutually agreed upon)
Consistent, weekly visits preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, shampoo, styling, coloring, and/or other services as agreed upon with residents or families
Maintain a clean and professional salon environment
Build rapport with senior residents and their families
Collect and manage your own payments
Requirements:
Valid Cosmetology License (State of Colorado)
Experience working with senior clients is a plus
Professional liability insurance preferred
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor role. You will set your own prices and collect payment directly from clients. No hourly wage or benefits are provided.
