Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and beauty services, providing clients with exceptional experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to perform various aesthetic services, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and hair styling. The Aesthetician will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment while assisting with front desk operations.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of aesthetic services such as facials, waxing, hair threading, and makeup application.
Perform eyelash extensions and hair styling with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations according to industry standards.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client experiences.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized after each use.
Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Experience
Proven experience as an Aesthetician or Stylist with a solid following
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management or customer service is a plus.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations within the beauty industry.
