Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired hair color results.
Assist clients in selecting hair extensions and other products that suit their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
Use salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and meet sales goals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, and beauty techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
A valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client information is advantageous.
Experience in retail sales or upselling products is a plus.
Strong understanding of color theory and hair extension application techniques is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Pay: $15.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
