Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Booth rent $150/week. Your expertise in hair styling, color theory, and customer service will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their desired looks and any necessary aftercare.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and answering phone inquiries.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services.
Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, color theory, and current trends.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitation standards.
Certification or license in cosmetology or barbering is required.
A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a desire to continuously learn and grow within the industry.

Pay: $16.76 – $30.00 per hour
