Duties
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and color theory to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that align with clients’ needs.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment and assist in store management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required.
Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain a professional appearance, as presentation is essential in upholding the luxury experience of our salon.

Additional Details
Pay starts at $18 and is subject to increase based off performance
Expected hours: 22 – 38 hours per week
