Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist (or Barber) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and results. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to promote products effectively.
Duties
Provide a range of cosmetology services including haircuts, coloring, and styling.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation protocols.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on retail products to enhance their beauty regimen.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
Achieve sales targets through effective retail sales strategies while promoting salon products and services.
Experience
Familiarity with color camo is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have either a Cosmo or Barber license
