Homegrown Beauty is an eco-friendly salon focused on providing top of the line services and products in an up-scale, casual atmosphere that makes our clients feel relaxed, at home, and free to be themselves.
We are looking for Cosmetologists and Barbers with opportunities for newer stylists to build by commission, or established stylists looking to booth rent and expand their careers their own way. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing quality services that focus on enhancing your client’s natural beauty. You must have a desire to learn, grow and support fellow staff in a positive, team-based salon atmosphere.
Responsibilities vary depending on position but stellar customer service and a willingness to grow and work as a team are paramount. If you are looking for a new home with no drama and a place where you can grow your business and skills in a fun, supportive atmosphere, Homegrown is the place for you!
Commission rates start at 50% with options to provide your own product for higher rates and the ability to grow to higher percentages as you build your clientele. Booth rent pricing is $325 a week for Full-Time 24/7 access and Part-time is$75 per day with 3 days max. Signing Bonus for booth renters is 2 weeks free to settle into your new space.
Requirements needed to be considered are:
– Current professional license for all service providers.
– All personalities, genders, and beliefs are welcome as long as a professional, open-minded attitude is displayed, as well as a desire to learn, teach, and grow.

– A team based attitude is a must for both renters and commission employees. We believe working together to make our salon a happy place benefits our clients and, in turn, our entire atmosphere.
– All employees must have a working knowledge of best practices and health, sanitation, and safety guidelines for this occupation. A desire to maintain a strict adherence to those rules is non-negotiable.
