Job Description
Brooklyn Cut Loose LLC is seeking an experienced cosmetologist/esthetician to join our team in Brooklyn, MI. We are a boutique salon with a friendly growing staff and a great atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about servicing their client’s beauty needs and wants. Brooklyn Cut Loose was recently purchased by a new owner who is interested in revamping the salon. The goal for the salon is to have many services available to clients who need more than a haircut.
This salon operates under independent contracting. The new owner is willing to offer reduced rent while clientele is being built.
Waxing, eye lash and brow specialists encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
– Perform a variety of services.
– Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met to uphold a safe environment.
– Utilize cosmetology skills to enhance clients’ appearance and boost their confidence.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations.
– Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to deliver high-quality services.
– You may have your own website, business cards, social media accounts as long as the stay respectful to Brooklyn Cut Loose.
-Make your own hours day or evening to suit you or your client’s needs.
-Valid license as cosmetologist/ esthetician.
-Supply your own products for services and if you would like to sell anything to your clients.
-Please offer clients several ways to pay, ex: Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, check, debit or credit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $80.00 per hour
