We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist and Braiders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, offering various hair care services, and ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Perform eyelash extensions and nail care services as needed.
Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Assist clients with hair extensions and provide recommendations for maintenance.
Utilize straight razor techniques when appropriate for specific styles.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized consultations.
Manage retail sales by applying retail math skills to promote products effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent customer experiences.
Experience
Proven experience in hair styling with a portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
Familiarity with eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair extensions is advantageous.
Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management or leadership roles is a plus but not required.
A valid cosmetology license is mandatory.
