Join our team as a Hair Stylist at our Beauty Studio. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for hair styling and customer service to create beautiful looks for our diverse clientele.
Duties:
– Provide hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Perform hair treatments such as keratin treatments and hair extensions
– Offer nail care services if applicable
– Demonstrate expertise in barbering techniques
– Apply color theory to achieve desired results
– Perform eyelash extensions for interested clients
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitize tools and work areas
– Assist in store management duties as needed
– Provide exceptional customer service to build client relationships
– Mentor junior stylists to enhance their skills
Skills:
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
– Knowledge of hair extensions and nail care if applicable
– Strong mentoring abilities to guide junior stylists
– Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
– Understanding of color theory for effective color treatments
– Familiarity with barbering techniques for diverse clientele
– Experience in eyelash extensions for additional services
– Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment
– Front desk experience is a plus for managing appointments and client inquiries
