Responsibilities:
– Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Provide consultations to clients on their hair care needs
– Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
– Recommend hair care products to clients to maintain their styles at home
– Uphold salon cleanliness and sanitation standards
– Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent service
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in hair styling, cutting, and coloring
– Proficiency in eyelash extensions, hair threading, barbering, makeup application, and straight razor techniques
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell services and retail products
– Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
