Drybar Uptown New Orleans is looking for amazing hairstylists to help members and guests feel beautiful! Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Duties
Demonstrate expertise in creating hairstyles with round brush, blowdryer and hot tools.
Offer retail products to clients and demonstrate proficiency in upselling techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work station while ensuring compliance with salon standards.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon atmosphere.
Assist with shop operations including but not limited to cleaning as needed, sanitation of brushes and hairstyling implements according to state board regulations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology for state of Louisiana license required.
Strong attention to detail with excellent hair styling and finishing skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Motivated individual with a passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and mandatory Sunday shift rotations.
