We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our salon team. Responsibilities:
– Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
– Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
– Use salon software Vagaro to manage appointments and client information
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and addressing any concerns or issues
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
– Upsell salon products and additional services when appropriate
– Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
– Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including the use of straight razors, hair extensions, hair threading, and makeup application
– Knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices
– Familiarity with salon software Vagaro for appointment scheduling and client management
– Attention to detail and ability to deliver precise cuts, colors, and styles according to client preferences
– Ability to work well in a team environment
