Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
Utilize techniques such as straight razor cuts and advanced hair styling methods to create desired looks.
Provide nail care services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive beauty treatments.
Apply eyelash extensions and makeup application as requested by clients, showcasing your versatility in beauty services.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desires and provide professional recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in straight razor techniques, nail care, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and various hair styling methods.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to upsell services and products while providing exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for the beauty industry.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
