Responsibilities:
– Provide Great haircuts
– Consult with clients to understand their preferences and needs
– Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in the salon
– Utilize salon software for appointments and inventory management
– Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
Skills:
– Proficiency in cosmetology techniques
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
– Experience with all haircuts
– Knowledge haircare products
– Familiarity with retail math for product sales
– Ability to sanitate tools and work areas effectively
