At Duncan’s Hairlines we are an independent salon who is looking for a Cosmetologist, or Barber who would like booth rent or work on commission to join our team. Whether you’re a new Cosmetologist or an experienced hairdresser looking for your next career move we are the fit for you. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a strong knowledge of current trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients, including cutting, coloring, styling, perms, facial waxing and blow-drying. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, professional, and able to build strong relationships with clients. On a daily basis, you’ll have the opportunity to display you artistry in ways that draw out the potential in all guests, delighting them with the latest trends and ideas and enhancing their esteem
Responsibilities:
Make money right away with weekly commission or booth rent
Full time and part time available
Earn a commission on retail sales
Work a flexible schedule
Perform hair styling services, such as cutting, coloring, and styling.
Provide product knowledge to clients for home hair care.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in hair styling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Keep records of services provided and products used.
