Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize hair threading techniques as requested by clients.
Offer nail care services to enhance the overall client experience.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and techniques.
Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and barbering.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide recommendations.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.

Pay: $50.00 – $200.00 per hour
