Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair care and styling, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair threading.
Perform eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize MINDBODY or similar software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Offer retail sales of hair care products to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist in store management tasks as needed, including inventory control and merchandising.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering, and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role; barbering experience is a plus.
Proficient in various hair techniques including straight razor cuts and threading.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client requests.
Familiarity with retail sales practices related to beauty products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid cosmetology license is required.

Booth rental available at $300 part time or $600 full time
