Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in men’s grooming, including hair cutting, styling, and beard care, with a commitment to providing top-tier customer service. As a Barber, you will play an essential role in helping clients look and feel their best while contributing to a clean, professional, and welcoming barbershop environment.
Duties
Perform precision haircuts, tapers, fades, trims, and classic styles tailored to each client’s preferences.
Provide grooming services such as beard trims, hot towel shaves, lineups, and scalp treatments using clippers and straight razors.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and make personalized style recommendations.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and ensure all tools are properly disinfected.
Stay current with modern barbering trends, styles, and grooming techniques.
Promote and recommend grooming products to clients as needed.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices on technical skills and client service etiquette.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Experience
Proven experience as a licensed Barber in a professional setting.
Strong technical skills in clipper work, razor shaves, and scissor cuts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture and support shop goals.
