Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Parker Post Acute. We are looking for someone to come in once a week and provide their services to our residents. Have a fully operating salon and clientele can range from 10-15 residents. We do have a $75 booth rental fee. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong background in various hair styling techniques. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling while also providing exceptional service in a skilled nursing facility
Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to resident preferences.
Utilize straight razors and other tools effectively to achieve desired styles while ensuring safety and precision.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Communicate with residents to understand their needs.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring.
