Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client specifications. This is in a Senior Assisted living facility.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and checkpoint or clients.
Engage in retail sales by promoting products and upselling services to enhance client experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment to ensure a professional setting.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desires and provide personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.
Experience
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Previous experience in a salon setting.
Skills in retail sales and upselling techniques are advantageous for maximizing client satisfaction.
Experience with barbering techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in using salon software systems for efficient operations is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills are essential for building lasting relationships with clients.
Knowledge of hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care will enhance service offerings.
