Responsibilities
Deliver expert cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to each client
Consult with clients to understand their needs and lifestyle preferences
Stay ahead of trends while maintaining timeless techniques
Mentor junior stylists and contribute to team education
Maintain an immaculate, sanitary, and luxurious station
Collaborate with the team to meet salon goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio or Instagram showcasing your skills is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of retail math for managing product sales and inventory effectively.
Familiarity with salon management practices is preferred.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including barbering and extensions and wig installation.
Strong mentoring abilities to guide less experienced stylists.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
