Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair care and styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Offer additional services such as hair extensions and eyelash extensions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and managing payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, including the use of straight razors.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Previous experience in a salon setting is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in makeup application, hair extensions, and eyelash extensions is desirable.
