As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare treatments, managing client relationships, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and botulinum toxin treatments.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive beauty treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Promote spa services and products through effective sales techniques while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best possible service.
Skills
Proven experience in cosmetology with relevant certifications.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Experience in front desk operations within a spa or salon setting is preferred.
Knowledge of nail care techniques is an advantage.
Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatments and dermabrasion procedures is highly desirable.
Excellent hospitality skills to ensure clients feel valued and cared for during their visits.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Sales skills to effectively promote services and products to clients.
