Responsibilities:
– Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services based on client requests
– Provide hair treatments such as conditioning and scalp massages
– Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
– Recommend hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
– Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Skills:
– Proficiency in hair threading, barbering, and hair extensions
– Knowledge of makeup application techniques
– Experience with front desk duties and store management
– Familiarity with retail math for product sales
– Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance
– Understanding of sanitation practices in a salon setting
– Familiarity with MINDBODY software for scheduling and client management
