At Halo Head Spa, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of services to our clients, including scalp and hair washing, facials, blow drying and styling using hot tools. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in upselling salon products and services to enhance the client experience. **Duties:**
– Perform hair services such as blow outs, straightening and styling
– Provide skin care services including scalp and facial treatments
– Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and skin care
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
– Valid cosmetology license
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
– Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques
– Knowledge of skin care techniques is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
– Proficient in using salon management software (VAGARO)
