Responsibilities
– Assist senior hair stylists with hair styling techniques and procedures.
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs.
– Maintain salon sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hair outcomes.
– Assist with cosmetology tasks such as hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
– Support store management with inventory management and daily operations.
Qualifications
– Customer service experience
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques
– Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting
– Cosmetology certification
– Strong communication skills
– Familiarity with barbering techniques
– Ability to work with salon software and MINDBODY
– Understanding of color theory
– Experience in store management
– Retail sales background
– Ability to upsell products and services
– Previous experience in mentoring or training others in the industry

Pay: $9.00 – $15.00 per hour
