We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist, Barbers to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in various hair treatments, styling techniques, and beauty services. BOOTH RENTALS AVAILABLE AS WELL !
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet clients’ needs and preferences.
Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and nail care as requested by clients. Not required but a plus !
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations according to salon protocols.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their desires and provide personalized recommendations.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including greeting clients and managing phone inquiries.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
Skills in eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, or other specialized beauty treatments are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
A valid cosmetology license is required to perform hair services legally.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
