Are you a leader in the hair salon, spa, or beauty industry? Then wow do we have the job for you! Drybar is seeking a hair stylist educator / trainer who is passionate about hair stylist training and who gives a killer blowout.
As an educator / trainer leader in our amazing shop, will enjoy these perks:
Pay ranges from $14.00+/hr
Bonuses and additional commission available based on shop performance
Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services
Blowout, braid, and updo training that’s paid

Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:
Has a preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)
Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology license
Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
Has a proven track record of stellar customer service – customers love you!
Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments – Multi-task with ease

Responsibilities:
Giving Awesome Blowouts
Training new stylist as well as ongoing training for staff
Building and grooming a killer stylist staff
Working directly with ownership on shop goals and growth
Interacting with the community to serve at charity events and promotional events
Customer relations, staff and membership retention
Qualifications:
Cosmetology License
Recent hands on styling preferred
History of leadership or educational roles preferred
Love and knowledge of the drybar name and culture
