Job Summary
As a Shop Educator at Drybar, you will be responsible for driving excellence in stylist hiring, training, product education, and overall client experience. Your role will encompass coaching new and existing team members, facilitating advanced training sessions, monitoring product knowledge, and ensuring the highest standards of hair quality and client satisfaction.
As an educator / trainer leader in our amazing shops, you will enjoy these perks:
Pay ranges from $21/hr- $32/hr (total comp)
Bonuses and acommission available based on shop performance
Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services
Blowout, braid, and updo training that’s paid

Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:
Has 2+ years experience in salon education and training.
Holds an active cosmetology license with at least 3+ years experience in cosmetology
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
Has a proven track record of stellar customer service – customers love you!
Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments – Multi-task with ease
Has the ability to engage and motivate staff while upholding company core values.
Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends at any Drybar South Jersey location (Marlton, Mount Laurel, as well as future locations).
