Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Perform flawless blowouts, braids, and updos that keep clients coming back. Deliver VIP service – Consult, style, and ensure every client leaves feeling fabulous. Build client relationships – Create connections and encourage repeat visits. Recommend styling products to help clients maintain their look at home. Keep the shop looking gorgeous – Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere. Work as a team – Support fellow stylists, bartenders (receptionists), and management.
Stay ahead of trends – Participate in ongoing training & product knowledge sessions. Promote Drybar services – Upsell add-ons, memberships, and gift cards. Be punctual & polished – Arrive ready to work in Drybar-approved attire.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
Licensed Cosmetologist in Florida. Passionate about styling, finishing, and creating fabulous looks. Love making clients feel amazing with great service and great hair! A strong communicator with a positive, team-player attitude. Motivated, driven, and always bringing the energy (and blow-dryer magic!). Willing to learn & grow through ongoing training. Available at least 12 hours per week, including one 6-hour shift Fri–Sun.
