Cosmetologist / Hairstylist Jobs in Huntsville, AL at PS Salon & Spa
Duties:
– Provide a wide range of hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
– Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
– Recommend appropriate hair products and treatments to clients
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Follow salon policies and procedures for sanitation and safety
– Keep track of client appointments and maintain accurate records
Experience:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hair Stylist
– Proficient in hair threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, barbering, and hair extensions
– Knowledge of color theory and ability to create customized hair colors
– Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and inventory management
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
– Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance
