We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. We are a busy APPOINTMENT ONLY shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
Ma Licensed
Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Sanitate tools and maintain cleanliness in the work area to adhere to health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and retail math for product sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices.
Ability to manage store operations effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
The shop is 8 years old and we are getting new clients all the time. We are a very family friendly environment so we cut a lot of kids and dads . We get a good mix of everything from fades to wiffles. Must be good with straight edge . We use booksy so check us out on there. Coming with a clientele would be good to start till you grow your own . Overall very very easy going shop, no bullshit just some laughs and go home .
