Responsibilities
Perform exceptional blowouts using Drybar’s Anatomy of a Blowout.
Provide outstanding client experiences.
Sell products, tools, and service treatments.
Participate in shop duties like laundry, sweeping, and cleaning.
Qualifications
Cosmetology license.
Desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
Strong communication skills.
Team player with the ability to take feedback.
Availability to work Saturdays.
Cosmetology students within 60 days of graduation are encouraged to apply. Previous experience at a salon, barber shop, or spa is welcome. Remember, our focus is on blowouts, making us a specialized shop rather than a traditional salon or spa.
