Must have at least 8 years of experience in a full-service salon After cosmetology school.
MUST be a fully established stylist.
Demonstrate the ability to cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
Demonstrate exemplary skills in precision haircutting, styling, coloring or specialty services with strong knowledge of hair products & contemporary hair styling.
Posess a cooperative & positive attitude, exercising reason.
Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers
Up-to-date with industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Patient and detail-oriented.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours
Flexibility to work in shifts
Valid license from a cosmetology school

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
