Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will provide a range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, makeup application, and esthetic laser treatments. Your expertise and creativity will help our clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. Responsibilities: – Perform haircuts, hair styling, and hair coloring treatments – Provide makeup application services for special occasions and events – Conduct esthetic laser treatments such as dermabrasion and Botulinum toxin treatment – Offer skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products – Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records – Engage in retail sales of beauty products and recommend suitable products to clients – Ensure excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences – Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development Skills: – Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their beauty goals – Proficiency in various beauty treatments such as hair styling, makeup application, and esthetic laser treatments – Knowledge of popular beauty brands and products – Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming salon environment – Familiarity with Millennium software or similar salon management systems is a plus Requirements: – Valid cosmetology license in the state of [state] – Previous experience working as a Cosmetologist is preferred but not required – Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join our team of talented professionals and help our clients look and feel their best.
