Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Utilize advanced techniques such as hair threading and straight razor cutting to achieve desired results.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
Effectively upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Apply makeup as needed for special occasions or events.
Use salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices in hair care and styling techniques.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and color theory to offer clients the latest styles.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and salon safety protocols.
Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management.
Strong understanding of color theory to provide expert advice on hair color choices.
