H&E Paint Nail Bar is looking for a Receptionist/Salon Assistant to join our team!
We are a busy, high-end nail salon in the heart of the Old Port in Portland.
$17/hr starting wage. Tuesday – Friday, 10-6; Saturdays 10-5. Preferably 1 year of customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is looking to stay with us for an extended period of time. We ARE NOT hiring for nail tech positions.
As the Receptionist, we are looking for someone to work the front desk, who has good people and communication skills, and basic computer skills. This is a very fast-paced job and the Receptionist also offers help around the salon as well as the computer desk. We love a strong personality! A large amount of initiative and confidence in prioritizing and performing tasks is necessary. We are looking for a hard-working individual who can help others without being asked. An uplifting positive attitude is essential. You must be able to multitask and complete work in a timely fashion, this can be a fast-paced work environment at times.
Duties include greeting and creating relationships with clients, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments. This also includes cleaning tasks, and general client organization, tidying up, restocking, and keeping track of inventory as needed.
