Duties
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order statuses through various communication channels.
Review inventory of materials and review purchases of necessary materials
Use different programas offered by the company
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and promote relevant products that align with their interests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of garment construction and fashion retail principles.
Speak English and Spanish (spanish native)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to illustrate concepts clearly to customers.
Computer Skills
Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer support or retail environments is advantageous.
