Full Job Description

– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone
– Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns/exchanges
-Ordering and Receiving Parts in
-Inputting payments/credits
-Sales Calls
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
“`Qualifications“`
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all transactions
