Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Houston area. As the Customer Success and Retention Leader, you will be responsible for developing customer retention strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among participants and stakeholders. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, addressing concerns, and implementing initiatives to enhance program engagement and loyalty. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive retention campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
