Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at DQ Labs Private Limited located in Bengaluru. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students preparing for design, fashion, and architecture entrance exams. Counseling Students and parents about our course • Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, • Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output • Interaction with students and parents on routine basis • Clarifying of doubts of students and parents • Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs • Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes • Co-ordinate with other centers in the region • Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers • Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
Counseling and mentorship skills
Knowledge of design, fashion, or architecture entrance exams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in student guidance or counseling roles
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
