About Us
Antony Morato is an international contemporary menswear brand recognized for its
dynamic, urban and innovative style. As part of our retail expansion strategy in Eastern
Europe, we are looking for a Country Retail Manager Poland to lead the development
and management of our retail network in the Polish market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the retail expansion plan in
Poland, ensuring commercial performance, operational excellence and full alignment with
the brand’s international standards.
The role will be carried out in close collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO),
the Retail Director and all relevant central functions at the company Headquarters in Italy.

The candidate must be based in:
Poland
Availability for frequent travel within the country and to the company HQ in Italy is required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the retail network in Poland.
Support and execute the retail expansion plan in the market.
Coordinate new store openings in collaboration with Real Estate, Retail Operations,
Visual Merchandising and HQ central teams.
Work closely with the CCO, Retail Director and HQ departments to ensure
alignment with the company’s commercial and retail strategy.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and retail KPIs.
Monitor store performance, budgets, operational costs and productivity.
Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers and sales teams.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across customer experience,
visual merchandising and store operations.
Analyze local market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
Support the implementation of commercial strategies and local marketing initiatives
in coordination with HQ.
Actively support the operational setup and development of the retail business from
the early stages of market expansion.
Scope of the Role
Number of stores to manage: from 1 up to 12 stores, depending on the retail
expansion development and real estate opportunities.
First-year expansion plan: target opening of 12 stores during the first year, subject
to location availability.
Requirements
Proven experience within international fashion retail environments.
Strong background in menswear fashion brands is highly preferred.
Previous experience in multi-store management or country retail management
roles.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial attitude.
Solid understanding of retail KPIs and commercial dynamics.
Strong attention to retail details and precise execution of brand guidelines and
operational standards.
Hands-on profile, actively involved from the first stages of operations and store
development in the country.
Availability for frequent international travel.

Fluent Italian (nice to have)
