We’re proud to be a multi-award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Pepsi, Meta and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date, from breaking into the metaverse to smashing records on TikTok.

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

Do you strive to create social-first ideas worth talking about, for some of the world’s biggest brands?

We’re looking for a Social Creative to work on some of the agency’s most exciting accounts, with a focus on coming up with original, unexpected and culturally informed content ideas. You’ll be answering briefs for global brands, with engaging, authentic social-first ideas that entertain or surprise and get saves and shares – ideas worth talking about, as we call them.

Your ambition should be to go beyond the everyday content we see in our feeds, and make work that’s unexpected, striking and brand building beyond just copying trends. You will love making work that’s part of culture – work that people actually want to see in their feeds and lives.

To be considered, your book must have examples of creative content ideas for big brands executed at speed with unpolished realness and fast craft and via creators and influencers.

You are likely to have strong skills in art direction, copywriting or another creative discipline, but the most valuable output of your talent will be the ideas themselves.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

Generating culturally focused creative ideas for global brands with strong conceptual insight for social.

Designing across all stages of a project. From concept to completion, art direction to brand systems, across any touch-point.

Successfully directed creative execution on shoots and in post-production to ensure the delivery of award winning work.

Hitting deadlines, collaborating with wider agency teams and presenting to clients.

Create Ideas Worth Talking About that are innovative, fun, inclusive and provide clear solutions to client challenges.

Contributing new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
