Job DescriptionCrossCheck is looking for a Creative Assistant to join our team. This role will work across multiple departments, including branded content, partnerships, events/activations, and production. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about digital content creation. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow their production and creative skills in a hands-on collaborative role. We are a start-up, so no job is too big or too small for any of our team.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist the Creative team in planning and executing production shoots, activations, events, photoshoots, etc.
Assist in content ideation, social media, and pitching creative ideas.
Attend production shoots to help on-site/on set, coordinate logistics, and assist the creative team when needed.
Assist in overseeing and tracking budgeting, invoicing, and expenses for the creative team.
Assist in paperwork processes and tracking of COIs, contractor agreements, etc.
Compile notes, facts, and pertinent information in preparation for meetings.
Draft, organize, and prepare correspondence and documents.
Provide meeting minutes for creative team meetings, internal and external.
Collaborate with the branded/talent management teams to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements + Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous Experience / Keen Interest in working in production, creative development, & social media.
Proficient in Google Suite & Canva.
Multi-task oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexible, personable, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented
Team player/collaborative
A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
Passionate about entertainment, pop culture, and the creator economy.
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work hybrid in Woodland Hills & Santa Monica
Must have work authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing in-office work days for production shoots, creative team meetings, etc.
